Garantías y reclamaciones
The manufacturer guarantees that all over the guarantee period the products shall retain the properties stipulated by applicable standards, namely for the period of 24 months following the date of sale.
The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods delivered by the seller without undue delay and notify the seller of possible detected faults within three days. The buyer must communicate such notification of detected faults to the seller in writing (by e-mail or fax) within three days following the receipt of goods. In such written notification, the buyer must state found faults and concretely specify their nature and effects.
The buyer shall enforce the written notification of detected faults on seller’s address or on the e-mail address email@example.com.
When raising a claim, the following documents must be presented: a copy of invoice, a document proving payment and delivery of goods, and a duly completed guarantee certificate for goods being subject of claim.
The seller accepts no liability for damage resulting from the use, functional properties or inappropriate use of goods, neither for damage caused by external occurrences and mishandling.
The provided guarantee does not cover such faults mentioned-above. The seller undertakes to inform the customer within three working days following the receipt of customer’s claim about the procedure and method of claim handling.
Claims concerning the services of forwarding companies
We deliver our goods by means of forwarding companies we selected for you based on the quality and price provided. However, it may happen that the shipment is damaged during transport.
Therefore, you are kindly asked to keep the following instructions:
Always inspect the shipment in the presence of the forwarding agent.
In the event of a damaged (disrupted, drenched...) wrapping immediately execute a protocol of damage of shipment with the forwarding agent.
Refuse possible forwarding agent’s arguments that the shipment had been packed improperly, we pay special attention to the export packing.
In the event of any problem with the forwarding company, please inform us as promptly as possible. In such e-mail or fax use the heading "Claim for transport ", describe the problem and state your contact information and invoice (shipment) number.
Damaged shipments must not become a concern for you and make your purchases from us inconvenient.
Freight and insurance costs are calculated individually for each customer based on the total weight of the shipment, its volume, destination place and mode of transport.
